Pillar 1: Harness Community
Connection is where it starts.
HER brings together women from different fields, backgrounds and experiences with a shared willingness to contribute. Through regular moments of connection, members have space to exchange ideas, support one another and build relationships grounded in more than professional opportunity.
HER Gatherings
Our quarterly Gatherings bring the wider Collective together to connect, exchange perspectives and engage with the questions and issues that matter to us.

In addition to our quarterly gatherings, members stay active through our community calendar where collective organised and external events are shared.
Pillar 2: Equip to Lead
We grow by learning from one another.
No one person has all the answers. Across HER, members share what they have learned, offer different perspectives and open up their resources and networks to help one another move forward.
At the heart of this are HER Circles.
HER Circles
Leadership doesn't have to be carried alone.
HER Circles bring 6–10 Collective members together in confidential peer groups to share the personal and professional experiences that come with leadership.
Grounded in trust and emotional safety, Circles make room for honest conversation and authentic connection — not networking or business deals. Through shared experience, members can learn from one another, support one another and navigate the realities of leadership together.

Pillar 3: Rise together
What we build together reaches beyond us.
HER is not only about what members can offer one another. It is also about what becomes possible when we bring our collective experience, perspectives, networks and voices to the world around us.
Through our Impact Agendas, members come together around issues they care about, creating space to share knowledge, bring different perspectives to the table and move towards collective action.
From the health of our planet to democracy, inclusion and the next generation, the agendas reflect the breadth of issues our members believe deserve attention.
